10 years ago while working with an Internet Service Provider, back in the day of dial-up, we batted around the idea of starting a Call Center. If memory serves me the first thing that came to my mind was the professional call centers would demolish this company in time.
Working with more captal, better technology and know-how, we didn’t stand a chance. I mean come on, would a company want their answering service handled by a company that was started as an after thought or one with does Answering Service* with a dynamic and proprietary answering service? *emphasized on purpose.
