Izearank.com better than Google PR for bloggers?

by macewan on January 9, 2008

Hey there I'm Robert MacEwan the author of Ideal Absolutes. If you're new to macewan.org, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed.

Do bloggers have a better chance of having their blogs valued with Izearank than Google’s PR? Is Izearank.com better than Google PR for bloggers? Please respond via comments.

I find this subject particularly interesting since it hits close to home. I’m holding off on providing too much on the subject beyond saying that I have been throught  the sign-up process at IzeaRank.com. My suggestion to those of you 20,000 plus people reading this that happen to be bloggers is for you to give it a try. Don’t sit by waiting for the next Google algo* to come skipping by when they decide to target 1) Text-Link-Ads 2) PayPerPost 3) Your favorite advertiser.

I’ve registered and hit one snag verifying (now resolved).

BTW, I think the site is http://www.izearanks.com/ (note the plural). Ted mentioned there will be more ranks in the future such as ROIRank.

@badevan, hey thanks for dropping by. I’ve been “taking notes/screenshots” of the sign-up process for an article I’m working up this weekend. So far I’m impressed with the open access to our stas. Hopefully, others like LinkWorth, LoudLaunch & Smorty will consider working with Izea to use the data instead of relying on Google’s PR monopoly.
