How do I increase my Alexa Rank?
Most of the experts from SEO Chat say Alexa Rank should not be used in measuring a site.
Primarily because Alexa is used extensively by the informed to confuse (maybe even lie to) the uninformed.

Does this mean you need to ignore you Alexa Rank? Probably not. A-list bloggers may care less but for those of us a couple of letters down use what we can to increase of chances. Right now I’m seeing that I’m at an Alexa Rank of 145,351.

I could be wrong, but I heard that installing the Alexa widget on your blog will help your score. From what I understand, a score is usually calculated because X number of your visitors are using the Alexa toolbar. However, installing the Alexa widget on your blog works the same way, and counts your visitors, even those without the Alexa toolbar.
I hope this helps. Sometimes I’m not good at explanations, so I hope I didn’t make everything clear as mud.

not abad alexa rating, mine seems stuck at 490,000 but my weekly one is around 180,000
