saying the IRS got PWNEd shows your immaturity ANd your ignorance. Forget the fact htat no one over hte age of 12 still thinks PWN is clever. But also, you seem to think that a CRIMINAL acquittal means that the courts decided that taxes are not valid or something.
The FACT is that it is very hard…nearly impossible…to convict criminally on tax evasion. And that NONE ofthse 161 defendants are off the hook when it comes to paying back taxes, interest and penalties.

You can try to say that it is hard to convict criminally on tax evasion for every person the IRS tries to convict but it is even harder when the people the IRS is trying to convict are INNOCENT!!!
