Howto install Democracy Player 0.9.2 on Ubuntu Edgy
Save this to home directory
From within terminal windows type:
sudo apt-get install python-pyrex libboost-python-dev python-gtk2-dev python-gnome2-extras-dev mozilla-dev libxine-dev
tar -xzf Dem*.gz
cd Democracy-0.9.2.1/platform/gtk-x11
./.run.sh
Update: line above is incorrect – should be
./run.sh

You have a typo in the last line though, it should be “./run.sh”.
