Transparency & accountability
I’m asked & I’m asked, “What changes need to occur”. The answer is lack of transparency. This transparency will lead to accountability. Knowing that you will be held accountable for your actions will lead the growth that is needed. Both for the person and the group. Listen to others. Seek those outside the group. There is change coming, but this is good.
