Bush is retarded

So there’s a clean fuel tax deduction for Hybrid cars? Well, sorta.

Under the Working Families Tax Relief Act of 2004, the deduction amount is limited to $2,000 for cars first put into use in 2004 and 2005. the deduction will be limited to $500 for vehicles placed in service in 2006, and no deduction will be allowed after that year.

Does bush really think that "Working Families" can afford a new hybrid? Was this really meant to help the poor working families? Has this person succeeded at anything in his life?

What is America to do with the $400+ billion deficit this man gave us from our $230 billion we had in surplus?
